During quarantine and social distance, an image of the Banyan Trees kept coming to my mind. I saw these trees for the first time on my recent visit to Sri Lanka last summer. Magnificent looking trees covered entirely with branches hanging down their trunks.

At first glance the branches felt like veins extending through the bodies of the trees, they seemed like wires intertwined wanting to be touched, to connect and be connected. Veins & Wires through which I could see the pulse of life, the reflection of what would be.
